For the “SHARE Live!” performance, we bring the presentation TO YOU or your
organization, by representing the album with songwriters and artists who were
involved with the original SHARE project. The music from the SHARE CD is
performed by three-five artists, is about 45 minutes in length, and is
moderated by an Emcee from SHARE. The performance closes with the hit single When Love Rules The World.
The show follows the same
general recovery outline as the CD- what it was like, what happened, and what
it’s like now. This is an acoustic show, accompanied only by guitars, and maybe
one keyboard. We are not able to bring any of the major names from the album
without a large budget and a lot of lead time. Instead, we bring some of the
lesser known, but equally talented artists like Ashley Cleveland, Michael
Peterson, Marshall Chapman, Billy Yates, or Lisa Brokop. SHARE has done a short
version of this presentation on The Grand Ole Opry, at CADCA’s Drug Free Kids
Dinner in Washington DC, and for the Association for Community Health
Initiatives conference in Nashville.
It has been wonderfully received, with a couple of standing ovations!
We need to have our costs
covered for transportation, hotels, meals, and a small honorarium for the
performers. SHARE is happy to work with organizations to provide an event that
will fit within your budget.
Here are bios of some of the
artists:
